General Terms and Conditions
This page describes the rules that govern use of SpinEmpire. It sets out the relationship between our service and users in Canada, explains account responsibilities and eligibility, and summarises how promotions, payments and disputes are handled. By registering and playing you accept these terms alongside any specific promotion terms that apply to your account.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We require accurate and current personal information and may suspend or close accounts if details are found to be false or incomplete. Account holders must not share login details or allow others to use their account.
We apply reasonable account limits and verification checks. You agree to cooperate with identity verification requests and to supply documents such as government ID, proof of address and payment evidence when asked. Until verification is complete, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals can be delayed or withheld.
Eligibility requirements
Access to SpinEmpire is limited to users who meet applicable legal age and jurisdictional requirements. If you are located in a territory where online gambling is restricted, you must not create or use an account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts that do not meet eligibility rules.
Acceptable platform use

General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to separate terms that are published with each offer. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, expiry periods and other conditions will be specified in the promotion terms. We may decline, cancel or reclaim bonuses where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, manipulation or breach of promotional terms.
